妈妈糕焦糖咖椰酱。保持着每一口都是妈妈的味道,自家传统秘方,存天然,无添加防腐剂。我们非常挑剔,只选用新鲜椰浆来炖制咖椰酱。新鲜椰浆不但没防腐剂,也可让咖椰酱口感香滑。我们的任务是必须让每一口咖椰酱都充满香醇焦糖味。所以呢,只要用心,手工也能熬出好焦糖。

Mamakuih Kaya Jam – Coconut Jam, we keep the Homemade Recipes that prove mom knows best, without preservatives. We only choose chilled Coconut Milk (Santan) that freshly made daily, it makes our Coconut Jam smooth and creamy. We trust that homemade food tastes better, even Caramel syrup, that make our Kaya Jam taste better.
